I have bought several items from amazon and what I like the most is that they offer the product to be collected from a nearby store instead of a COD. In a way its good as you can pick up the product from the store as per your convenience.
For people who don't know, Amazon is the world's largest ecommerce retailer and it is really establishing itself well in India. Good website, great range of products, user-friendly app. It's got everything an online retailer should have.
