I order an Iphone from Amazon india. it has an expected delivery time of 7-10 days. after ordering this the next day I came to know that I have to travel out of the city in 3 days. I dialed customer care number and a gentleman picked up my phone, I explained everything and requested him to deliver that product before 3rd day otherrwise I had to cancel the prodct.
That gentle hold on the phone for 5 mins and promised me that the product will be delived within that day. I got my product on 3rd day and it was an awesome experience buying product from Amazon india. Great customer service and best online site.
