I bought Kenstar AC from Amazon exclusive. AC was delivered on 18th May 2017, installation time was given 24hrs, but now it had been 8 days, I am calling amazon almost 10 times a day, they are responding like technician will come 10am, 12pm 4pm after 12hrs aftre 24hrs I feeling like cheated now, i have 1 year old kind for that reason I bought this as installation time was 24hrs only. I dont know what to do. Dear friend please dont buy from Amazon these guys are cheating, when to to return back the product they are telling refund will take 10days at minimum.
