Hi I m gonna share my experience with you about online shopping on amazon.com.Amazon is a prestigious online shopping site.last year I purchased a jeans from amazon.com, its estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 days. Also it was made of very poor quality of material .so, I wished to return my product.i contacted with the site for returning the product, they sent me a email that they will return it within 7 days, but they didn't contact with me after that.i cope up to return the policy.i feel very poor customer satisfaction from amazon.com .Worst service & worst quality & worst behavior employee of amazon.
Really disappointed by Amazon service. will never buy product from Amazon .its better to order from Myntra. it also does not provide pickup facility in capital of INDIA(DELHI).it also does not provide delivery in all interior sections. interior sections are mainly deprived in the cash on delivery sections. there is also delay in time during delivery in the interior sections.
When there are cases of wrong delivery of products, the changing process takes too long time. Also negligence is seen by the authority during chancing of products. overall I will mark it poorly to avoid this kind of misbehave and you can shop from flipkart.
Plz dont go for it.
