hii there...i completely agree wth u regarding the learnin of the french language course at Alliance Francaise De Bombay....I m currently in doing niveau-deux at Chembur center under Ms Anupaa....and I did niveau-un at Mulund ,since I reside at mulund ,under Ms Shilpa...I think the way students are made to speak in French all the time makes lots of difference...atleast u make an attempt even if u have trouble framing the sentence ......on day one of the level 1 course at mulund whtever Shilpa maam used to speak in french sounded LATIN to me...I couldnt decipher what she was speaking..first few days were like ''OUR MAAM WAS IN FRANCE WHEREAS REST OF THE WORLD WERE IN INDIA''
I can stiill recollect our maam used to say ''NE PARLEZ PAS EN ANGLAIS'' whenevr any of the student used to speak in english....so overall it was fun learing the language....also the 'Jeu de role' is the best part of the overalll learning....I can only sense the Advantages in this overall learning at the Alliance....the only thing thats bit dsturbing that its bit expensive also the textbooks costs u around 600bucks....
but the learning is worth that much amounth and as far as the textbks are concerned the EVER RELIABLE XEROX SHOPS ARE THERE FOR US ..........
Even professors play a major role in presenting the language in front of novices like us....At Mulund batch we had Ms Shilpa maam who was well versed wth the language and the way she taught the grammar part its becomin easier for us to grasp quickly in the second level.... at second level we have Ms Anupaa maam....she is also really thourough wth the language and just encourages us to score better in the language.....
my experience has been the best at both the centers and definitely would complete the french langue diplome as well..
