I was absorbed via campus recruitment...few years back..
This is my first ever industrial experience for me...
The company was located by good 25 kms away from Bangalore city...
They provide free can pick up/drop service which takes away half the pain from you..
The office starts at 8 AM closes by 5 PM. admin services works 5 days a week, manufacturing operations 6 days multiplied by three shifts.
The campus was very green and green everywhere. The company gives utmost importance to safety of the factory and to the employees. I worked for production & I have never been short of personal protective equipment's at work. food will be provided 3 times a day with subsidized marginal deductions from your pay.
This company has operations over 80 countries and provides lot of global assistance.
work is not very demanding but you need to be really adaptable. it is one of the fortune 500 from the Forbes list.
if you work here, you can definitely find improvements on your self via etiquette, communication & lifestyle.
you have flexible timings too...but you need to win the confidence of your manager to use it.
Your ideas, thoughts will be always given respect unlike other industries
I really miss my beautiful days over there....Technical knowledge development will not be excellent though not bad too.
