I purchased product worth 5K and they gave me a coupon worth Rs3000 which I can use for some premium brand products under selected category, which is fair enough till this point. I applied Copan and saw discount in my cart also till 30th Dec.
After 30th Dec the discount was not showing up and even their other public coupons were giving me better discount and offers, after contacting them the response I am getting is there is a cap on the products which is ridiculous, zero Customer service, pathetic response from the team and no one even calling me
