I am using Airtel postpaid for the past 4 years. Always I noticed its billing is the highest compared to other service providers, but still I continued as this number is with all my friends network from school.
After 3G launched, I just wanted to try that by activating 100 Rs pack(with 100 MB Free). Within 3 days as the usage limit is over, I called customer care and they said, you can take higher pack as my usage is more. I took 200Rs pack and then deactivated it also after 4 more days as I felt its costlier too. Customer care told, since you used only 350 MB which is within the limit of 300 Rs pack, there wont be any problem in billing.
Now I got a bill for 5900.00 Rs! They say, for 3 days, free usage will be prorata basis, and I have to pay 5900 Rs for 400 MB data!
My sincere advise to anyone, Please dont use Airtel in future, they have become the biggest cheaters in India.
