I have used Airtel postpaid connection from 5 years. airtel customer service is ver good but one problem is its network is not proper. if airtel complete its complain for network then airtel is no one company of india.
whenever any problem in bill or any other things in bill then airtel employee is egar to complete this complain. thats why I love airtel customer care employee.
Airtel is a renowned brand in india, I have been using airtel since I actually started using phones and must say have never complained about the service. Although I have friend who keep on cribbing how bad the network is but I am confident about the network.
