Dear Mam, I just read ur article on airtel and well, well,well,...... I have never heard those kin of things before - balance decreasing , without using ! local roaming !! automatic plan activation !!! man ! looks like there’s is some severe problem there....

jus a suggestion - if u can take out some time, report this matter to consumer care forum, I mean this is ridiculous, how can someone take consumer for granted, file a written complain against them, ask them to present evidence about all those claim @ caller tone plan activation, roaming and all that....

u may think that its a tedious job, but I tell u what, things are not that difficult, jus submit a written complain (in consumer forum) against the company, write about ur complains and ask them for clarification of the same. (A cut and paste of ur this article would do)

If u feel , u can even ask for reimbursement. Why I m saying this is because, we generally let them get away with this nonsense with our ’choro yaar, jane do’ attitude, and this only helps in improving the worse part of the things...

also, I ve seen many such cases which have been considered very sincerely in consumer forum.

I think, we really need to do more than merely writing our frustration out in revu columns and let them get away that easily, I don think they deserve it....
