I am using Airtel for the last 5 years. I have used Airtel in Haryana, Dehradun, Bangalore any many more places. But it had never let me down.
Airtel is having he best signal strength . I have even tried it in village areas where the network is expectedly unavailable. Airtel plans including call rates, sms rates and other services are good in Airtel. But the customer service of airtel is not satisfactory.
Whenever I called them they made me sad most of the time. Then have to use email to get my problem solved. So I have deducted one star for their bad customer service.
Except this Airtel is best.
