Airtel service has gone down in recent years and their profit making is not much as it use to be.
I was a Airtel customer from my college days i.e since 2004 till 2011.
Now BSNL!
Thanks to Number Portability!When I settled all bills and changed to BSNL, all of a sudden my connection got disconnected and when checked, my connection was blocked by Airtel for 3 rupees outstanding bill. (YES THREE RUPEES!!)
I went to Airtel office and payed 5 rupees and asked them keep 2 rupees as tips!!
GOOD BYE to Airtel for ever!
