I have been using Airtel since 6 years now ever since AirTel was a new baby. At first, it was excellent but now it has been giving various varied problems since the last 4 years. The serious of all problems is that I do not get the signals of Airtel in my house at Wadala (West) near 5 gardens properly.
There are only 2 or sometimes no bars of the signal indicator. I also experience no network coverage at least 7-8 times in a day since the signal strength is so poor. I have even changed 3 cell phones to check this out. At the same time, other Airtel users who visit my house also face the same problem like me.
Other people using BPL in my house get full signals even in the packed ac room. I have complained about 10 times in the customer care since last one year but it has made no differnce at all. They are not bothered to install new cell sites and this issue is not resolved. NO NETWORK MEANS NO CALLS< NO GPRS< NOTHING...AIRTEL ARE YOU LISTENING OR NOT ? ? ?
