AIRTEL'S communication speaks for them. When you are on Airtel, get prepared for frequent disconnections and the customtakeouter support, not even good for a penny. You write to any one in the world, they dont care. Iam unsure why the hell they have created an alias for appelate authority etc. I haven't got a favorable response yet from the so called authority. All they know is pick up the call give you a useless update and cut the call. I have been following up on this NETWORK ISSUE more than a month now. and no solution yet. For taking it up on media, I guess, they got a convenient way of hushing me up. knocking me out of their network.

Pramod, You may want to look at this as well. I spoke to one CS floor  manager who assured of its escalation.


Well I dont remember the  guy's name but the second call I made yesterday to CS - I am told the  reason for disconnection was non-payment. trust me, I tried my best to  be in my composure. How can you guys put a stupid reason across a  customtakeouter when the due date is march 30th?


FYI, I don't have a bad reputation for late payment all these four years  with airtel. dig the payment history to see it your yourself.


I  am not happy the way your guys on floor handling the issue.

YET ANOTHER MONSTROUS STUPIDITY FROM YOUR EVER FAILING customtakeoutER SUPPORT


DEPARTMENT.


I WOKE UP THIS MORNING(21/03/2011) TO REALIZE MY SUBSCRIPTION IS


INACTIVE. I DID NOT HAVE SIGNAL LAST NIGHT BUT I THOUGHT IT WILL BE A


NETWORK ISSUE. I CALLED UP customtakeoutER SERVICE IN THE MORNING AND I AM TOLD


THAT THE CONNECTION HAS BEEN SUSPENDED ON MY REQUEST. IF THAT IS TRUE,


WHY THE HELL DID YOU GIVE ME A RETENTION OFFER?


I HAVE A WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM AIRTEL THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE


CONTINUED AND THE NETWORK ISSUES WILL BE LOOKED UPON.


THE SERVICE REP PROMISED ME THE CONNECTION WILL BE ACTIVE IN 3-4 HOURS


AND IS STILL IT IS NOT ACTIVATED.  IAM MOVING THIS ISSUE TO CONSUMERS


COURT AND WILL BE FIGHTING FOR COMPENSATION IF I DONT GET A RESPONSE IN


TWO HOURS FROM NOW.
