Airtel is the Best in Karnataka . Review on Airtel Mobile Operator

Hi, After being a customer for last 2 years for AIRTEL, Bangalore receiving a satisfactory service, I would glad to continue as an AIRTEL customer. But with my latest experience, I was just about to say every one in this world that AIRTEL is the worst part of your lovely Life.

My experience: I purchased Samsung C100 GPRS/wap enabled mobile and after one month, I activated Airtel Masala, this May 2004. Now here starts the real story, I was going through the wap website and unknowingly I pressed the download wallpaper, this started download and before it could download I did ensure that I cancelled.

But for my dismay, I was immediately sent an SMS stating the confirmation that I have been charged as I successfully downloaded the wallpaper. Called up customer care immediately and they happily made me an AIRTEL BAKRA and said, the charges could be waived off any time and they would be glad to do that. Now I was happy and started browsing. Now in a next few more minutes I once again did click on the download wallpaper and stopped before it could continue to finish and I did not download the wallpaper. But again this time also the same SMS confirmation for charge was sent. This is disgusting.. How can they do this to me??

Tell me if this happens with you, what would you do??

Now after two months also, they still promise me that the charges would be waived off. One of the Lady called SHEENA from Customer care calls and says to me that they would be waiving off the fee for one download but not both. But think logically, if they can waive off for one download which was not downloaded why cannot they do that for the other download too???????

After banging the call on me, SHEENA calls me up after few minutes before I could finish this write review and tells me that the total fee for the downloads has been waived off. Now I have to wait and see if that is reflected in this months bill on 18th.
