Am using Airtel from the last two year and is very much disappointed with their customer service, They remove any of the channel they like without any intimation and in replacement a channel is given which hardly anyone watches. Atleast I don't like to watch them.
Other is they upgrade the package or add paid channels to the profile whenever they like and when you ask them the reason for doing so, they don't have any record nor they are ready to pay-back.
They have a shameless reply."Sir main kuch nahi kar sakta" and call is on hold for 15-20 mins. Why should I suggest someone to take Airtel.
Any positive feedback?
