I had a poor experience with Airtel.i had used airtel for 2 and a half year after which I had to switch to some other dth brand.Let me start with the picture and sound quality-I think it offers normal quality as other brands are offering but at much higher rates.The channel surfing is quiet difficult as we have to surf unknown and unsubscribed channels to change channels.
The packs are not affordable.It does not offer free subscription for new channels.and Talking about there service and support it is pathetic.i must say they are pretty slow in responding.I experienced this when my dth lost connection due to bad weather and after that it never started again.as the service support did't responded, I saw an offer from Videocon and installed it's dth at a pretty low cost.So it does not provide value for money.I hope it helps
