I have been facing signal problems for almost 2 days after repeated attempts I managed to connect with the customer care guy and lodge my request for home visit to resolve the issue. They assured me that some one will visit the residence within 24 hours and smsed complain reference number along with the technician mobile number.
Its been almost 24 hours since I have lodged a complain and when I tried the number provided in SMS, it was switched off. When I contacted the airtel customer care again they provided me couple of numbers of Sam enterprises saying that the service contract has been outsourced to them and I should contact them for more information. Now I am left to deal with the problem myself.
Its been a frustrating experience with Airtel. Their call center is a big disappointment where there executives don't communicate but only read scripts provided to them. I feel like I am talking to a humanoid
