If somebody is contemplating to take an Airtel DTH, please please do not invite trouble.There was one of the Telugu Channels by name BHAKTI which was being shown on Airtel ( in fact the only DTH at the time when I went for Airtel). They have stopped it for reasons best known to them, without any intimation.I had committed another blunder of having paid for Megapack, for the whole year.This pack does not have all the Telugu Programmes, so I had to take an Add on South Indian Pack by paying extra money.So far so good.The problem is that it suddenly goes off and the so called Customer Care-the less said it is better- never responds. The given Number is 1800-102-8080 .
The computerised announcement goes on.You can never be able to talk to a humanbeing! May they are all busy in the Orbit, to justify Sattelite TV!Today the Transmission is off with an annoncement "Security Problem" Please contact Customer Care!No idea whose Security is in peril!Funniest thing is nobody knows where the physical office of Airtel is located in Pune!I am eagerly waiting for my contract period with Airtel to expire and go for another Service.They never respond to your mails! To hell with the Customer!
