I bought a Sony LCD which comes with Airtel DTH. When I called Airtel customer care for installation, they gave me a customer ID and asked me to recharge it with Rs. 1000. I recharged it and asked for the installation. After taking my money, they never did the installation. I called up many times to their customer care but no one has done anything. They give you a request number and close it without doing anything. My Customer ID is 3007260735. Never opt for Airtel DTH.
I'm not sure if Sony India is aware how Airtel is neglecting its customers. Or maybe it was just a marketing gimmick by Sony to boost its sales.
