After Getting Fed Up From USB PLUG INTERNET CONNECTION We Decided To Put One Step Ahead And Take An Broadband Connection For Our Home And That Moment I Had Mostly Seen Advertisement Of AIRTEL BROADBAND At Many Place Also One Of My Friend Also Suggested Me To Have It I Went To AIRTEL BROADBAND OFFICE Near My Home And There I Had Taken Enquiry From The Executive They Had Taken My Address Detail And Told Me That Wait Till Tomorrow As We Are Making Few Changes In Plan And It Will Be Settled Till Today Tomorrow Either The Member From Staff Can Came At Your Home Or We Can Email YOU All The Details At Tomorrow MorninG I Had TakeN Their Contact Number And Given Them My Email Id.


~ Next Day Morning They Had Called Me And Said That We Had Sent Details Of ALL PLAINS ON Your EMAIL You Can Take A Look And Decide Through It That Which Plan You Wish To Have At Your Home I Had CheckeD All The Plans There Are Total 8 PLANS It Started From RS 1299, 1399, 1999, 2299, 2499, 2799, 3199, 3999 In All The PLANS VOICE CALLS Are Free While All Plan Offers DIFFERENT AMOUNT OF GB AND SPEED Among All I Had Choosen 1399 RS MONTHLY PLAN In Which They Had Given Me 40 MBPS OF SPEED TILL 45 GB After That It Reduces To 512 KBPS And All Calls In A Month Will Remains Free Of CosT I Had Paid 1399 As A Monthly Subscription Amount And RS 1499 FOR ONE TIME AIRTEL BROADBAND ROUTER, PHONE, WIRING And INSTALLATION CHARGES.


~ After They Had Taken RS 3000 Total Amount For The ConnecTioN The Executive Had Told Me That Within 2 Hours My Connection Will Get Activated And I Can Started Using It They Had LeaveD The House And I Started Waiting For It But Even After 4 To 5 Hours Nothing Has Been StarteD I Called To The Executive But They Had Not Picked My Call After That I Had Called To CustomeR Care Number And They Told Me That Due To Unprocess Verification Of Documents Your Connection Can'T Be Activated Now You Had To Wait Till TomoRRoW Afternoon At Next Day 3 Pm It Got Started And I Started Using It The ConnecTioN Tooks To Much Time In Connecting The Devices Till One Week Everything Works Fine But After That I Had Seen Sudden Drops In Its Speed The Router Gets Off On Its Own And Tooks Hours To Become Normal.


~ The Speed Of AIRTEL BROADBAND Constantly Flactuates And It Tooks Too Much Time In Loading The Content Due To Unstable Connection The Light OF ACTIVE INTERNET ON AIRTEL ROUTER Goes OFF Due To Which Internet Stop Working And After Few Hours It Got On By Its Own Due To This I Can'T Be Able To Do My Work In The Mid ONLINE PRESENTATION OR Other Work The Speed Gets Too Slow That Connection Got Breaks And After That I'm Not Went In a State To Save My Work.


~ On 17Th Day The Internet Stop Working Completely I Had Contact To Customer Care And They Had Told Me That You Had Crossed The High Speed Now Either You Can Pay 499 To Enjoy Same Data Upto Last Of This Month Or You Had To Keep Browsing On 512 KBPS SPEED I Had Paid The Amount But It Works Hardly For 2 Hours After That Internet Got Again Of I Had Called The Executive That I Will Not Tolerate Such Kind Of Tricks And Behaviour Which They Are Doing With Me He Said That We Will Soon Send An Engineer At Your Home To Recheck The Router That Where You Are Facing The Issue.


~ Almost 2 Days Had Passed But NoOne Has Camed Also When I Tried To CalleD The Executive He Has Blocked My Call And Customer Care Said Same Thing Again And Again That We Had Launched Your Complaint And Soon Our Field Engineer Reached At Your Home To Resolve Your Query After That Finally That Had Sent Me An STATEMENT OF BILL In Which They Had Applied 13 DAYS OF CHARGES Also While I Had Not Used Internet As It Got Faulty Secondly They Had Charge An AMOUNT FOR STD CALLS Which Are Also With High CALL RATES As Comparing It To Other Calling RATES Of An STD Calls.


~ Most Importantly During The Time Of Installation I Had Cleared Asked The Executive That They Had Mention Free Voice CALLS So It Would Be NORMAL. CALLS Or It Also Includes STD, ISD At That MomenT He Said That You Can Make Calls UNLIMITED NORMAL CALLS And The STD CALLS Till 500 MINUTES PER MONTH While In The Bill Our Total Duration Of Call Is Only 84 MINUTES And They Had Charged RS 320 For It At The Same MomenT I Had Decided To Leave It.


I Will Never Recommend Anyone To Had AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION As I Had Trusted On AIRTEL SERVICE BLINDFOLDEDLY And Goes Out Of My Pocket To Had An ConnecTion Of AIRTEL At My Home As Everyone Knows That Its Connection Is Expensive Among All But Still. ALL I Demand Is Good And Stable Speed But They Had Cheated With Me The Speed Of Connection Is Slow And Unstable There CustomeRS Service Is Exteremly Bad And Can Be Trusted They Make False Commitment To The CustomeR And Trap Them In Their Worthless ConnectioN.
