I had applied for an IP Tv connection in Kalkaji , New Delhi, and the connection was done on 26th april 2013, now without checking the connectivity airtel installed the iptv and broadband.which did not work from day one, finally airtel refunded my 3500/- Rs after 3 weeks in cash after a real struggle.
Now airtel wants me to pay 1400/- rs for the connection and have billed me. That's a joke cause when the connection itself was not working in my area as the engineer himself said that the iptv connectivity is not possible in your area, bandwith problem is there why should I be billed at all and pay for it, now airtel calls me and says we will take u to legal court.
Advise to all please check every thing and get it written from them so that u dont suffer like I am.
