I have been using Airtel broadband connection at home for the last two years now & we are really happy with their service. They are always prompt to attend to our complaints which have always been resolved within 24 hrs each time we had one. Also, the engineers & the other staff is quite prompt too to our queries. They keep telling us about the new developments in their products such as wi-fi which was of immediate use to us as we upgraded to it straight away.
For me, they are the best in the business by far setting high standards for others to follow. I really commend them & their team for the great service they have provided to us. Just one glitch which can be improved easily is that at times during peak hrs the internet speed is slow. Also, in the recent past when internet is down its a bit tough to get through the customer care no.
Overall, it has been a great experience using their services which are full value for money!
