Yesterday wrote below 2 mails to Airtel Ombudsman about services and fraudulent behavior of field staff but even after 24 hours no acknowledgement.

Dear Sir/Madam,


You are my last hope with a feeling at the back of mind that just wasting some more time. I am harassed by Airtel services for last 8 months and have mentioned entire story in nut shell through 2 of my Facebook posts at Airtel's official page but nothing has changed even after that. You guys never care about customers at any other forum and FB is the only platform where you acknowledge complaint and do pep talking. I would be highly obliged if you can spare few minutes and read the below to understand issue.

Dear Airtel,


Once again knocking on your FB page because it’s the only medium where you at least pretend to listen to your customer’s grievances.


I have your Broadband+IPTV+Landline package for almost 7 years and everything was working ok till December 2014 when my connectivity started acting up and since then I haven’t used Airtel services flawlessly for more than 15-20 days at a stretch. My ritual for every fortnight is first run around my area’s Airtel technical exe Shishupal Singh for few days per his humble instructions(lodging frequent complaints would affect his appraisal & incentive) then call customer care if he has not rectified issue by doing a big favor to me. Amazingly he is the GOD for our area and every complaint is routed to him only, even when his other colleague visited my place a few days ago and promised visit by their TL, which never happened.


Few minutes ago again called customer care and came to know this is my 8th complaint registration since January 2015. Exe promised that forwarding issue to technical department for an investigation and gave me a call back request registration number: 93719398


Is there a mechanism to resolve this issue once for all by thoroughly investigating problems with my connection or if not then give me the reason of non sustainability of connection with a request to cancel my connection?

Fake promises by Airtel FB team and no call from any manager in last 11 days. Once again call by same technician Shishupal Singh in the afternoon of 14th Aug, asking what happened to the connection with a promise that will change modem in the evening. Told him that already complained in Airtel for escalation and expecting call back from a senior person but nothing happened till 9PM.


At 9PM Shishupal Singh arrived with another guy who introduced himself as his TL but didn't tell his name and his ID card was never visible. That TL asked Shishupal to change the modem immediately and recreate entire wiring as for a new connection and then put it on testing for a week.


But again another false promise, nothing been done till date. Same issue of intermittent connectivity happened for short durations 2-3 times in last 10 days and somehow started working on its own.


Now my phone line, internet & IP tv all are dead. Latest complaint number- 58925586

Wow another revelation, imposter who visited my residence along with Shishupal, is not his TL but his colleague Rahul Sharma from New Connections team.


You guys at Airtel management are real gutsy dealing with such a smart field team which never bothers people sitting at office and manages everything among themselves in field.
