My Experience: Really Contradicting replies

I like airtel connection but, I had the bitterest experience also from airtel so I stopped using all the services including mobile. Because when I have given a complaint, some gunda log called me and threatened, so I thought I will silently complain.


Given below is a series of email conversation I had with airtel customer care


Dear Mr. Althaf,


We acknowledge the receipt of your mail dated December 15th, 2008.


Please accept our sincere apologies for the typo error in the below mail.


With regards to your below mail, this is to inform that your telephone line could not be shifted to new address due to non availability on network.


And as per your request cancellation of the account number 14168872 is already in process with reference number 175882.


It has been our privilege to be your preferred telephone service provider and we regret losing your valuable patronage.
