I am using Aircel from past five years. I have asked for a new number in addition to my other CUG number. They gave the number and sim card, but suddenly one day they disconnected my incoming and outgoing calls for that number. When I contacted with Aircel customer care, they asked me to get in touch with the person who gave new connection and the customer care people will not be able to help me in this matter. This shows their worst CUSTOMER SERVICE.
After I got in touch with the person it has been three days the number is not yet activated. Moreover being a customer I don't have any other people to contact other than the person who gave me the new connection.
If the customer care is called you will be put in automated voice message for almost three minutes and then the worst part is that you again need to wait for unknown number in the line.
Moreover, Aircel lags in NETWORK also, networks of Aircel are not available everywhere and the CHARGES are also quite high than other operators. So think twice before choosing AIRCEL
