We happened to travel by AI to S'Pore recently....was ashamed to call it as our national carrier the only reason we chose AI was because SIA had some probs with the agents. The AI carrier was worse than the local bus. The overhead cabin lights had no covers, the seat handles were broken, some were stuck with araldite. Non veg trays got over by the time the food rolley came half way. Soft drinks got over after the first round and that to only one option of coke was there.
The North Indian attendants took it below there ranks to talk to the South passengers. Pilot was quite concentrating on his task[ I hope he was around] The whole carrier looked dirty and unkempt.
Why do the employees think that they are doing us a favour?In fact it is the other way round now that they are in the red. I hope it gets privatised. A bunch of government employees who are just present to get their salary & pension. Hospitality is a misnomer for them.
This goes for all Government employees who think their jobs are a God given right. All of you should be sacked and made to experience recession
