Very honestly, I can say Air India is offering most convenient international flights, I am not so happy or not so disappointed with Air India services for international routes. Overall flight is clean and hygienic always. Staff is also very friendly at international flights(i am not happy with domestic flight staff). We can not say that we will see young faces cabin crew always because Air India may have different age policy for cabin crew, Mostly they are experienced and talented. Air India's new beings having new technologies which protects from direct sunlight, I like that personally.
On board food quality is 6.5 out of 10. I prefer to travel by Air India because the profit revenue will go to my country.
Yes, I will suggest other passengers to travel with Air India. Please be informed that travel fare is bit higher than other airlines, but it is worth.
