In the month of April, I planned to visit Andaman & Nicobar. So while checking out the Airlines, I thought to travel in Air India because I never used their service before. But that was my worst nightmare, my mistake, I booked the tickets in Air India.

.Here is the review.


When we reached the airport, Air India started boarding facilities very late. After the struggle, we board in the plane and when we all sat in our seats, we noticed that A.C was switched off.


I tried to complain air hostess but she always says yes yes. But she never comes back to solve the problem. They don't know how do deal with customers, I Don't know why Air India is buying shame for Indians from foreigners.


For the first time, I saw an Air Line which is similar to the ruined State Transport buses.




  1. Check-in counter- unnecessarily we have to wait until the attendant feels to work. Without any reason they always do delay, I have heard many times from my friends but just for the experience, I did the mistake to board in Air India.




  2. Staff- let me tell you about the staff.






All workers, ya I will call workers. In their staff are old ladies( more than 50) and still, they don't know the manners. Because they don't care about passengers. They are getting their salary and they are eating so they are happy not to work.


I complain to that old aunty Airhostess about the dirtiness near my seat and about the A.C. and she just smiled and said ok ok. But he never turned up again.




  1. Seating - inside the flight, the view was similar to ST bus. Some Rubbish people were roaming here and there, yelling and fighting inside the plane and crew were enjoying their own gossip. The whole flight was like a fish market. For Andaman & Nicobar government pays the money for islanders.




That is good but why the crew didn't manage them, I can understand they r illiterate they don't know how to behave but what about Airhostess?

I can't comment on this. The whole world knows about the punctuality of Air India.


If the captain wants he can park the plane near his home also.


They are not punctual.Maybe they don't know what is punctuality.


5 price- fare is too higher then other flights and service is rubbish.
