Its been 2.5 years in this company. Work culture is awesome, work from home and flexible hours facility available. Work life balance is good, manager will never push you to sit late night in the office.
Cons:- you have to spend at least 8 hours in office, out time is excluded from duty hours. Project is not for long time only for max 6 months.
Advise:- Management should focus on their sales team.
