Taj mahal. Review on Agra

Taj mahal is one of the wonders of the world, visited this place three times when I was in delhi, agra is about 200 kms from delhi & there are many means to reach agra. If you are near mathura road you can get local cabs running between agra & delhi.

On reaching agra you will get n number of auto rickshaws, they will ask for package fare of showing you these places such as taj mahal, agra fort, mina bazzar, bl, bla, ...never take those rikshaws they are all in 1 or 2 kms surroundings.so take a rikshaw either to Tajmahal. The fare is maximum of Rs.20

Take entry passes for visiting taj & now you can visit the taj.you will be eager to see the taj for the first time, it wont be vsible from the counter you move towards the huge gates in opposite directions.as you look at those gates in one of the huge gate you will be able to see the wonder off the world, you will get visitors from all over the world.

As you move towards taj mahal you will come to know how big & precious it is, the marbles used in the construction of taj was of milky white, now the color has changed due to pollution.

One of the worst behavior of visitors is, removing precious pearls from the walls of the taj, you will come to know which is normal marble, stones & which one is pearl by testing. It can be done by keeping a small LED torch on to wall & drag it through the wall on normal stone the light will not penetrate into it but in pearls the lght penetrates into it, & glows, there are huge number of pearls in the inner walls of taj mahal, on testing only you will come to know which is pearl & normal stone.All look like same but they are diffrent & some are precous.Some shaeless vistors remove those pearls using keys , nails & other things.I felt very bad & angry about these kind of visitors.
