The problems I experienced with them

I recently(one week back) from Bangalore to Hyderabad. The marketing guy who came to my house looked promising and what ever he explained looked all good. So, I went with them as I heard about them. On the day of packing they came on time and packed the things very well. They loaded the goods well in a closed container. After loading they took the entire money(this was told by marketing guy when he visited for survey). So far so good.
Once they got the money, then the troubles started.
They promised me that they will deliver by next day evening after the day of packing as I took individual vehicle. That next day I did not receive any call. Around afternoon I called the driver( Luckily I took the number from Driver when the boys were loading the goods). He said he is still in Bangalore due to some money issues between Bangalore and Hyderabad office.
Then I called up the marketing manager who promised me that he will deliver in a day. He told me that the vehicle has reached Hyderabad already and has confirmation. I asked him to check with Bangalore office once again and then confirm me. He said okey and after 10 min he called me back saying the vehicle is still in Bangalore and will start after sometime. I asked him why it did not start day before. He told me there was some problem with vehicle blah blah( he did not say there is some money issue between their offices). This guy was atleast accepting that this is their problem and aplogizing for that. Then I took his manager number so that I can bring this to his attention also.
The manager of the marketing guy is utter non-sense guy and he was always telling me "what is your problem if the goods delivered by next day". He is speaking as if he is doing a favor for me. After arguing with him after sometime I gave up as there is no point in continuing conversation who is not respecting the promises made.
On 3rd day the goods came at evening 6PM. Again at apartment I had some issues like the boys were reluctant to use the stairs even for small things like plastic chairs etc. I got to request many people in my apartment as using lift for small items is not allowed in my apartment.
After all the items have been placed in my house, the boys unpacked all big items like sofa, cots, dining chair, fridge and washing machine. That time I realized breakages on dining table, scratches on Cot and wheel breakages on TV trolley. The boys said carpenter will come and repair that. They also said I need to call them for carpenter as I wrote the complaint on the page while signing on the received items page.
They had delivers all small items in some plastic boxes. As the goods got delivered late evening the delivery boys did not empty the boxes and said they will come next day to collect them. I said okey that time. Next day one guy from agarwal called me to know whether the boys can come and collect the boxes. I said yes and noted down his number.
I did not receive any call even after 3 days. Then I mailed to agarwal Hyd mail-id given in their website and called the guy whoever called me regarding the plastic boxes. He gave me customer care number.
I kept on calling customer care number but noone was picking up. After 1 day some one picked up and gave me another number to call for carpentry issues. I took the number and same repeated again. After day atlast they took my complaint and said they will send carpenter next day.
Again no response for two days. I again called the same landline number on which the compalint was booked. The person who received this time said it belongs to different dept. After speaking for sometime, she transfered the call to some other extension -> some other extension -> someone atlast . I could recongnize that he was the person with whom I spoke on the very first day. He said he will send the carpenter in a day again. No see yet after a day. I am still waiting .
Overall, I never saw this kind of worst service when I went with NON ISO certified companies( I had used local services two times earlier but did not see these issues. though things broke that time they used to respond to calls).
Over all I suggest you guys not to use Agarwal packers. In fact dont use any service if they ask you to pay full amount before delivering the things.
