Fraud and unprofessional. Review on Aditya Birla Health Insurance

I had a insurance for my parents in aditya birla and for myself icici and we have been hospitalized and we got a bill for both 70 thousand. Where aditya birla has claim value for rs30000 only we're icici has given me 60000 of claim. And aditya birla is a pure fraud insurance company and the sales person says he dono about all this and his duty is to sale if claim is not happening that is not his issue. His name is Jeevan Kumar from Bangalore even I have called his manager no resolution and his boss is in out of station he won't give his no. And complained to customer care and they have closed ticket just like that. I have paid insurance for 4 years and assured sum for 10 lack. So my suggestion is not to go for this insurance its a fraud company. On the basis of my two discharge summary I will file complaint against this company
