I am writing this review after putting in a lot of time and money on the website and making my other friends join in too. Here are the key points I noticed-
PROS
User interface is very good.
Tournaments are interesting and payoffs are nice.
One can find tables all the time.
Customer support is fast and handy.
Cash deposit is easy.
Cash withdrawal is clean and fast.
CONS
New users are favored initially for sure, I have noticed it with myself and my friends whom I made them register on the site. They got exceptionally good cards in their first 5 hands.
After reading others reviews and my personal experience I have noticed that the RIVER card seems to give a LOT of frequent bad beats which doesn't matches with the empirical world.
6 out of 10 times the board is paired which doesnt makes sense in real poker. It cant be paired up so frequently. I have seen other players noticing this thing and complaining too.
I sat for the first time on big table 100-200 blinds, First 3 hands I get double up. Another friend sits with buy in 10k first time and first hand pocket QQ. Double up. Another friend sits with 5k for the first time and doubles up in 3 hands. Later all of them lose in-spite of playing very tight for the succeeding days and after multiple buy ins it dint workout. Somewhere down the line I do believe that the river cards favors few players and their constant calling till river card doesnt explains and makes sense with their hole cards.
You come up with some serious issue and the customer care backs off.
The RNG Source code can be manipulated or modified even after the test. Plus after years of poker experience I dont think the cards do come randomly.
Also for every negative review on this website there is another positive review always. Guys I am not confirming that the site is rigged but for me I have stopped playing on it after losing a lot of money and so did all my friends(>5) who faced the same issues and lost a good chunk of their bankroll. Do proper research about the game and communicate and withdraw your money if you too find these or other fishy activities during the game.
