I went to this place(ADD - ON SCAN & LAB
No-5, MGR Complex, Sarjapur, Bangalore-560035) yesterday early morning just to check my fasting blood sugar. Since it was father''s day they offered me additional two tests(cholesterol and RBS) for free! I happily gave my blood samples. The results were supposed to come at 1PM the same day in a webpage after logging in.
Even after 24 hours there was no sign of any results coming in. I sent several chat messages through their web site as queries. No replies from them even after 24 hours.
Finally some time ago, after 4 phone calls and waiting for 1 hour, they sent me the results via email AND that contained somebody else'' scan report!
Again after a follow up, they updated my results in the web page. It showed my fasting blood glucose level as random glucose reading and vice versa!
This kind of service is very bad and even dangerous! I recommend avoiding this centre for availing any services since they may be mixing up your results with others, and not to mention the delay in getting the results.
