I had bought a microwave oven and vaccum cleaner(combo offer) the vaccum cleaner was received in good condition however the oven came in a damaged condition. I lodged a complaint on the day I received both the products(17th Nov. 08) however till date have been only given false promise that the damaged product will be picked up and a new one replace.
I only hope they replace the product so that I can use the same. I am very disappointed and would not like to shop again with AVA if this is the kind of service they are going to provide.
I would recommend the product as the same is good however their service is something that needs to be improved.
I would request AVA to look into this once again and send the courier company to pickup the damaged product and replace the same with a new piece.
