Last November, I purchased APC Home UPS 850VA Sine + Battery. I was promised that the company will do the maintenance visit during the warranty which would yield better life for the system & keep the system in good working condition.
I logged multiple requests in last 4 weeks time for the battery related issue through all modes of support. I did not receive any response from technical support.
Every time I call support, I was promised that I'd be contacted in a hour or two to fix the issue. But unfortunately no one contacted me... Its acceptable if a customtakeouter issues is left unattended once or twice due to a flaw in the system but after customtakeouter calling in 4-5 times & the issue remains unattended/unresolved, indicates a BAD support in place to address customtakeouters issues. Not only that all the complaints were closed stating 'RESOLVED'
On Nov 2012, After all my efforts to get support from APC, I wrote up email to greviances@apcc.com,
greviances@schneider-electric.com, isbtech@apcc.comexpecting updating about the same.
I expected that I'd get some ones attention. I got an automated notification in the next minute that
'You should expect a response from us within the next business day.'
Even after 10 days, No response from the authorities..
I've logged all these complaints while my system is under maintenance... Even today the issue is not addressed..I've no idea what'z the next level of escalation on this..
From my experience, APC support is really WORST. I never experienced such a bad response from any other Vendors..
