First, let me start with how they are misleading, APC is brand owned by Schneider Electric USA(http: // http://www.apc.com/products/category.cfm? id= 13) .
I was misled into buying the APC product mentioned below:
This APC is owned by some Tom Dick and Harry(http: // http://www.apcindia.co.in/? gclid= COXMwJm-6boCFfFz4godGikApg) wherein some joker by name Gunashekar answers the calls.
UPS reached our home ultra fast, so did the bill, with installation charges extra of around Rs.500 and you follow up endlessly with these jokers for installation. Once the UPS is dumped at your place, do not expect any kind of queries being answered or customer support. They go to the extent of offering free service at the time of installation. Once done, forget it.
Please do not waste your hard earned money on spurious products.
