When u buy product it comes with a guarantee or wareenty but seems like to annoy customer u have diffrent plan.u tell customer to register warranty on ur website.I regret to buy ur product.will go for bajaj heater next time and will recommend to my housing society as well.When somebody buy ur product u should give warranty it is implicit willalso lodge the same in mouthshut.com.

Warranty comes when somebody buy ur product.not when somebody register product on company portal.
