I bought a AO Smith water heater because of its thin design and 5 star rating. When the service person came to install it they said that my water connections are at the wrong side and so we cannot fix it.
From then onwards, though everyone is nice, it took an enormous effort to get the company to refund the money. Nowhere does t say that the item is only for one side. Neither does the manual give you the details.
Finally, I had to say that I will have some political leaders to call your company before they agreed to take it back.
