I have being using this water heater for almost 2 yrs and I am feed up with it, the parts are always not available service person don't come on time. I had to wait for the parts for 2months at times.

The hot water pipes burst every month at my place. due to over heating. even after setting the temperature as per service person. I have sent so much of money n getting the pipes replaced and my wife has to clean the mess of water all around the house. we are feed up this water heater. buying this was our greatest mistake. Guys never buy this water heater.
