Avoid these guys at all cost! ALD Automotive India leases cars to Companies who wish to use these as fleet cars or cars for official use of employees, especially senior personnel.
Hence, this is a service business. ALD India has some of the most arrogant and unprofessional employees, and they resort to unprofessional conduct with customers when asked to live up to their service expectations.
Poor service to customers and threatening customers with legal language when faced with questions on their service, is par for the course with ALD employees.
