I bought the term plan online, had couple of issues while generating quote - the CS exec (web chat and phone) were more than happy to resolve all the issues (including technical issues). Went ahead and paid the premium that was calculated by default.
They suggested complete medical (considering my family history) and then I was apprehensive that despite keeping myself completely fit, they would increase the premium (reduce the coverage). Set-up the medical exam appointment and the CS guys did follow up couple of times. Only issue I had that was the nearest clinic was 7 kms from my place (they should have more tie-ups).
Nevertheless, went there did good ("touchwood") in all the tests. Consultation with the physician was also good. I did not hide anything as in a way I was prepared to get a revised premium but then to my surprise. Considering my report and health cautious.They retain the same default premium.The e-policy came with 3-4 days and the bond in a weeks time.
Overall, despite family history..if one is maintaining well. It does reflects and Aegon Religare decided to pass on the benefits of it.
