This is a fraud company. I have taken a 50 mbps connection with 75 GB download. On 20th the speed dropped to 0.5 Mbps. I was told that I had exceeded the FUP limit. I topped it again with a 25 GB package and the speed was restored. Yesterday ie. on the 21st, the speed again dropped to 0.5 Mbps. Now they are telling that I have consumed 25 GB again in a day.
I asked for the breakup of the usage and it clearly shows that I have used only 7 GB from 20th to 21st.
Every time I complain about it, I am asked to wait for 24 hours. Yesterday it was 24 hours and even today it is 24 hours.
Hopeless service and dishonest company.
