Another company dragged to the gutter by stupid, arrogant, incompetent, non-listening female CS staff!

Dear Sir,
I had ACT Fibernet a couple years ago, and was forced to give it up when I shifted house. At the time I got that connection, I was very happy with the service. It should be noted I only dealt with male employees, and everything was processed fast and efficiently and without monkey wrenches being thrown.
Several months ago I reached out to ACT for new connection. I was contacted by a female rep. I told her to please find out if the service is available in my new place and take it forward if service is there. She did nothing. 3 different females over the past several months contacted me with more daft nonsense. NONE of your female reps have been helpful or useful, and they arrogantly refuse to listen. Today I was contacted again by one of your females calling from a Mandya Pradesh number. I immediately requested her to put a male associate on the line as you people clearly refuse to hire decent females. Instead of doing as asked, she arrogantly ignored me and kept asking questions, trying to FORCE me to deal with her after I requested a male rep, multiple times. When she saw I was getting pissed off, she put a different female on the line, this one more pompous and uncooperative than the first. When I demanded a male associate, she cut the call.
This is pathetic service, and I expected better from ACT, since I had flawless experience in the past with male associates.
By the way, I'm FEMALE, so you can't accuse me of chauvinism.
By hiring stupid, arrogant, non-listening bimbos, you're NOT helping the gender equality cause, you're sabotaging it! You can only help our cause by hiring thoughtful, competent women who are not an embarrassment to our gender!
