So, I had an ACT fibernet but due to bad service I disconnected it temporarily and after 2 minth I got lot of call that the service is better now and if I will reconnect then I will get 1000GB additional data( attaching the proof here) but after I took reconnection again facing lot of connectivity issue as well as the backend team is denying about the offer and not giving me 1000GB additional data.
