I am the customer of ACT FIBERNET since 2 years. At the time of changing from BEAM to ACT I faced a lot of connectivity issues. For about 5 - 6 days I had no internet connectivity. But later it was solved. I should say one major fact that currently I am using 1 mbps plan of 6 months package connection for Rs.2720/-(approx). From that time I almost never checked the speed of the connection because I got the satisfactory amount of speed. I never bothered about the browsing speed but when I have to download a file it is downloading at average(or) slow at most of the times. So at that time I doubted the speed of my connection and checked my internet speed on WEB on INTERNET SPEED TESTER. I was shocked to see that results, it is displaying that connection download speed is only 500 KBPS and the upload speed is 250 - 350 KBPS. So I request the ACT Fibernet to maintain the constant speed for what they promised for and receiving money for. And also I have a small suggestion to ACT is that when my 6 months subscription is finished I tried to pay for 1 month subscription because at that time I had no money to pay for 6 months package. But in my nearest Mee Seva centre they said there is no option to pay for 1 month. So I request the ACT company to provide that feasibility to customers. And me personally having the small allegation with ACT Fibernet i.e., recently I paid for 6 months package on 22-jan-2016.
So, from 22-jan-16 to 22-july-16 is the last date of my 6 months package, but ACT company is saying and sending SMS to mobile that 10-july-16 is the last date of my connection. So I request the the ACT fibernet to clearly check my account and subscription details. I hope you have understand my opinion and liked my review . Thank You.
