One of my friend harsha vardan anil reddy facing very bad service problem from act fibernet team one day.Never ever say that you will be giving the best service in town, such worst service, such useless team, I have applied for a leased line connection in Suchitra area you guys have taken my money(46000/-) on 18 Sep and till date you guys have not given my leased line, such pathetic service, Mr.Janaga Reddy has promised that they will give me the connection in 7 working days, till now he has not responded and then I talk to MR.Nizam, he is saying he has forgot to ask weather we Can get a connection or not, such irresponsible people, from then I have called up Mr.Murali Goud . The Hyderabad sales head, he has promised me that Diwali next day they will activate my connection, it's more that 9 days since Diwali is over and he is not answering my calls, you guys have taken my money and this my situation, no one is responding, pls help .
Because of their delay him business in getting affected .
