Initially the service was good. As days passes internet speed started fluctuating and then customer care executives starts speaking arrogantly and if raise a complaint then technical team will call you and ask to stay in your home at their continent time and they will come only after two days.
And in any case never reset FUP in the month end. Because they will raise your speed to 500 kbps(They supposed to increase the speed to 2Mbps) and they will tell you that they have taken complaint, that will get resolved with in 3 WORKING DAYS. if month end has Saturday and Sunday then what you paid for FUP becomes a donation to ACT.
I am using ACT Swift plan from 1 year 1 month, as per this I supposed to get 2 Mbps till 20GB but this will never happen. And their ads says that "Incredibly fast", yes they are spreading their network incredibly fast but service becoming poor and executives are getting ego attitude.
Please DON'T BECOME A FOOL by choosing ACT fibernet.
