The connection and speed was good. Sometimes the internet was down. Max period was 1 week. However, the support was bad enough for me to exit the ACT. Since the cost was high and I was getting better deals, I request them to consider reducing the tenure and using the advance money that was already given to them.
One of their representative told me it was possible and he would get it done. But wanted me to email them. I emailed a couple of times and got no response. When I called again they told me it was not possible which was supposedly possible a few days back by the admission of the same person.
So people, if you face problems or if u need to move, they wont consider refund. U will be stuck like I am. Please think twice before u make advance payment.
